My introduction to body contouring was sparked by my own experiences as a fighter, where I leveraged sauna sessions and lymphatic system manipulation to eliminate fat cells and achieve weight loss. This experience ignited a passion for body contouring, driving me to delve deeper into the six different types of fat cells. As a professional fighter, I have faced significant challenges in managing my weight and body composition, particularly in light of my history of ovarian cancer, multiple surgeries, and two C-sections. However, through my expertise in detoxification teas, juicers, and proper dietary habits, combined with cutting-edge equipment, I have developed a method that enables me to compete with women 10-12 years my junior. Building on this expertise, I have obtained certification in non-invasive body contouring and post-op therapy, and I am eager to share my knowledge with others who face similar challenges. My primary focus is on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and providing them with the necessary tools and expertise to succeed. By fostering confidence and well-being in my community, I aim to make a lasting impact in my hometown.
